Cocoa Flavored Roman Shield Biscuits
Overview
Roman shield is a particularly delicious cookie. When I heard the name for the first time, I thought it was very strange. I thought it had some allusion, but I couldn't find any detailed information. It seems to have nothing to do with Rome. It seems that it is just called Roman shield biscuit because it looks like a shield. . . Ingredients: Biscuits: 35g butter, 40g powdered sugar, 30g egg white, 60g low-gluten flour, 15g cocoa powder. Filling: 20g butter, 25g powdered sugar, 25g starch syrup, 35g almond slices

After the butter is softened at room temperature, add the powdered sugar
