Sugar-free pea yellow
Overview
I made this sugar-free because my mother-in-law has high blood sugar and can’t eat it, so she didn’t add sugar. If you like sugar, you can add as much sugar as you like.

Soak the peas until soft and peel them.

Add water to the rice cooker (a little more than the water used to cook rice) and press the cooking button.

After cooking, crush it with a spoon.

Place in a fine colander and strain.

Put it in the pot and add sugar substitute.

Stir-fry continuously until thickened.

Pack out and refrigerate.

After drying, take out and cut into pieces.
