  4. After one minute, add the diced cucumbers and continue to stir-fry. When the diced cucumbers are broken, add salt, sugar and chicken essence to taste. Add a few drops of sesame oil and serve. If you have cooked pine nuts or chopped peanuts at home, sprinkle them in before serving, and the taste and texture will be even better.
