Braised shrimps with cabbage
Overview
To take care of your family, start by learning to cook. I have no cooking experience, so I tried my best to learn how to cook with simple ingredients. The first focus is here - Braised shrimps with cabbage. Because I don’t often cook at home, many seasonings can easily go bad after being opened and used once or twice, so I have very few seasonings at home, just salt, vinegar, soy sauce, and chicken powder. It’s rare to eat something so light, so it’s nice.

Wash the fresh shrimps with salt water, pick out the shrimp lines, cut off half of the shrimp heads at an angle, leaving half of the shrimp brains

Add washed cabbage leaves to an empty pot, sprinkle with a little salt, cover and stir-fry over low heat until soft, then serve

Heat oil in a pan, add ginger slices and then add shrimps

Sprinkle some salt over medium heat and stir-fry while pressing out the shrimp brains

Coat the shrimps evenly with the shrimp juice, add the cabbage and simmer the shrimps for a while, turn off the heat and stir-fry
