Braised Chicken with Mushrooms
Overview
A very ordinary home-cooked dish, but because the chicken has the natural mushroom flavor of shiitake mushrooms. Shiitake mushrooms also have the unique meaty flavor of native chicken, so they are loved by many families.

Wash the chicken and cut into pieces. Season with minced ginger and cooking wine for 15 minutes.
