Prepare 50 peppercorns, fry them in a hot pan with cold oil until they change color slightly.

Use a rolling pin to roll into coarse particles.

Chop pork meat into filling.

Chop Pixian bean paste into small pieces.

Cut the tofu into cubes and cook in a pot of boiling water to remove the beany smell. Add salt and dark soy sauce and turn off the heat and soak for 30 minutes.

Heat up 60% of the oil and fry the minced meat until it changes color and serve.

Leave the bottom oil in the pot and stir-fry the Pixian bean paste, chili noodles, and thick peppercorns until red oil comes out.

Add minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant, add tofu, minced meat, add water, bring to a boil over high heat and reduce the juice.
