Add 50g of water to the fish gelatin powder, stir thoroughly and put it in the microwave for 20 seconds.

Pour the coconut milk into the milk pot and bring to a boil.

Add isinglass powder, stir until completely melted, turn off heat and let cool.

Cut off the top of the papaya and slowly scoop out the seeds inside with a spoon.

Sieve the coconut milk liquid and pour in the cooled coconut milk.
