Peel and dice the tomatoes, wash and cut the broccoli, cut the pork belly into strips, crush the garlic and set aside

Blanch the broccoli and set aside. I bought the rice noodles the night before and kept them in the refrigerator. I also blanched them in boiling water and spread them, rinsed them with clean water and set them aside to drain. For fresh ones, skip this step

Saute the minced garlic until fragrant, add the blanched broccoli and stir-fry for a while. Add the tomatoes and stir-fry for a while

Add the pork belly and stir-fry until the tomatoes are softened. Add appropriate amount of salt and stir-fry evenly

Place the rice noodles on top of the dish and pour in an appropriate amount of light soy sauce

Stir-fry until there is no water left in the pot and the rice noodles have softened and changed color, then you can cook it
