Take 2 pieces of old tofu, break them in the middle, cut them into cubes and put them into a bowl. Add an appropriate amount of salt and boiling water and soak them for flavor. 2 large green peppers, remove seeds and stems, cut into diced green peppers and set aside.

Take two preserved eggs, peel off the shells, cut into diced preserved eggs and put them into a bowl. Crack 3 eggs into the preserved egg bowl and beat them evenly.

Heat the pot, remove the oil and light the pot, sprinkle a small amount of salt on the bottom of the pot, add tofu, shake the pot, and fry slowly over low heat. After frying until brown, turn the tofu over. Do not fry it too much and punch out the tofu.

Add an appropriate amount of oil to the pan, pour in the egg liquid, turn the pan and fry into an egg pancake. Shake the pot and fry the eggs on one side until fragrant, then flip the eggs over. After the other side is also fried, cut the egg cake into pieces. Pour in the diced tofu, add an appropriate amount of water (or stock), salt and white pepper, and cook over high heat until the soup turns milky white. Then add diced green pepper and appropriate amount of steamed fish soy sauce, stir-fry evenly. Cut off the green peppers and cook when the soup is suitable.
