Steam the pumpkin in a steamer first, and then the skin will fall off immediately after steaming, then mash it while it's still hot.

Add sugar, butter, and glutinous rice flour and stir. I didn't count the first time I made it. I put too much pumpkin and not enough glutinous rice flour, so I added some more flour.

After the noodles are mixed, knead a small dough with your hands, make it into a cake and put on the bean paste

Then put it on the sesame seeds and press them into small cakes. I made two kinds of sesame seeds, white and black. I didn’t take a look at the white one.

Then bake on an electric pan until golden brown and puffy.
