Wash and slice the mushrooms and put them together with the assorted vegetable cubes for later use

Cut all ingredients into small cubes and set aside

Blanch the diced shiitake mushrooms and assorted vegetables and set aside. Set aside half a bowl of shiitake mushroom soup for later use.

Add cooking oil to the pot, just a little more, otherwise the fried rice will burn easily. Pour all the ingredients in step 2 (that is, the red and white dotted plate) into the pot until fragrant.
