Milk Tea Three Brothers
Overview
In the cold winter, wouldn’t it be nice to have a cup of hot milk tea? There is still some pudding left from the pudding made two days ago, which is just right to add to the milk tea.

Steps
-
Material preparation: one black tea bag, a small amount of milk, 30 grams of pudding, 20 grams of cooked sago (I was lazy and cooked a lot at once), and 20 grams of honey beans. PS: Sago is very, very difficult to cook, especially large sago. Try cooking it in a rice cooker, it works great. There are at least two points to know when cooking sago: put it in the pot with boiling water, and after cooking, pour it over with cold or ice water.
-
Pour sago into the glass.
-
Pour the black tea bag into the boiling water, let it sit for three minutes, then remove the black tea bag. Add a small amount of milk and an appropriate amount of sugar. The ratio of milk to black tea is about 3:1. (The milk is preferably hot milk. If you don’t mind it, you can boil the milk, black tea, and sugar together)
-
Add honey beans immediately.
-
Add pudding immediately.
-
Add a straw. Enjoy!
