The weather is too hot and you have no appetite, so have a cup of nutritious oatmeal mango milkshake. No need to turn on the fire, it can be done in 10 minutes, nutritious and healthy, and looks great.

Prepare the ingredients. The oatmeal I chose is MyllynParas instant oatmeal imported from Finland, which tastes better.

Wash the mango, remove the core and cut into small pieces.

Pour MyllynParas instant oatmeal into a container.

Add appropriate amount of water and stir evenly.

Place in microwave until cooked.

Place the sliced mango into a food processor. Add condensed milk, milk, oats.

Break them together and serve.
