  1. Soak the pork liver in water for half an hour to soak out the bleeding water

  2. Prepare the required aniseed

  3. Add aniseed, rice wine, pepper, and light soy sauce to the soaked pork liver

  4. Add water to cover the pork liver and cook over high heat for 25 minutes

  5. Soak the cooked pork liver for 20 minutes
