Fruits and cranberries are diced and set aside (you can add fruits according to your preference, I only have these at home, so just use them first, it’s an emergency.).

Add sugar to eggs.

Stir the mixed egg liquid thoroughly and beat evenly.

Sifting the egg liquid will make it taste better.

Preheat the oven at 200°C for 5 minutes, open the tart shell and add 70% of the egg liquid.

Bake in the oven at 200°C for 10 minutes (the time may vary depending on the temperature of your oven), until it is about seven to eighty percent cooked.

Just bake it until it looks like this.

Add the diced fruits separately.

Continue to bake for 10 minutes, paying attention to the heat in the middle to avoid burning.
