Ham stir-fry
Overview
The sweetness of lettuce can offset part of the saltiness of ham, and the combination of meat and vegetables is not greasy and goes well with rice.

Slice ham, mushrooms, and lettuce into thin slices (the ham must be sliced thin, otherwise it will be too salty. If you have a lighter taste, you can add less ham slices than I did)

Thinly sliced garlic

Put a little oil in the pot, add garlic slices and fry until fragrant

Stir-fry until fragrant, add lettuce and mushrooms, stir-fry until soft and add a little water (if you like spicy food, you can add a cut chili, if you don’t like spicy food, just don’t add it)
