Homemade pickled vegetables and scrambled eggs
Overview
I went back to my hometown a few days ago and brought some old pickles made by my mother. I remember that when I was a child, I often saw my mother growing vegetables and pickling vegetables. I forgot the specific name of this vegetable, but I did not forget its appearance. When wandering outside, I miss the taste of home. A bite of old pickles can relieve my nostalgia.

Steps
-
I forgot to take a picture of the green pepper
-
Wash the pickles and cut them into shreds. Wash them and then soak them for a while so they won’t be too salty
-
There are no green onions anymore, so put the oil in the pot and fry the pickles directly.
-
Pickles can also be eaten twice a day, so I stir-fry them a few times and then break in the eggs instead of stirring the eggs separately
-
Fry the eggs until cooked, add shredded green peppers, stir-fry a few times and it’s ready to serve
