Flatten, peel, and chop the garlic into fine pieces. Wash the chives and small red peppers and cut them into pieces. Soak the vermicelli in warm water until soft, drain and set aside. Cut the scallops in two, take them out from the shell, remove the internal organs, wash and set aside
-
Heat the pan with cold oil over low heat and sauté the minced garlic until golden brown. Add soy sauce, a little salt and sugar, mix well and set aside
-
Take an appropriate amount of vermicelli, put it on the tape shell, and then put in the processed tape
-
Pour on the sautéed garlic sauce
-
Boil the water in the pot, put the scallops on the steaming rack in the pot, cover the lid, and steam for about 6 minutes
-
Take it out, sprinkle with minced chives and small red pepper (don’t add chili pepper if you don’t like spicy food), then take out a clean pan, heat the oil, and pour it on top of the minced chives.
