Dry pot organic cauliflower fried pork slices
Overview
This dish was specially made for my mother. She rarely eats meat and likes it a little spicy, so I added bean paste to this dish without adding chili. I have made it several times, and every time my mother eats the whole dish.

Slice pork belly, shred onions and green peppers

Organic cauliflower divided into florets

Put the meat slices and ginger slices into the dry pot and stir-fry to remove the water first
