Double rice shrimp and oyster porridge
Overview
Perhaps because of the different water quality in the north and south, the taste of millet porridge will be slightly different. We southerners are generally not used to eating pure millet porridge, but the rice oil of millet is very nutritious and is very suitable for the elderly and children. In order to make my family accustomed to drinking this millet substitute for ginseng soup, I often mix rice and millet and cook it. It is delicious and nutritious. Now I will share it with you.

Steps
-
Wash the rice and millet, slice the ginger, and chop the parsley. Now pick up the oyster meat and put it in a large basin of water. Swish it around to clean the fine broken shells. Try not to scratch and wash it with your hands. The nutrition of the oyster is in its fat belly. If you scratch it, the nutrition will be lost. Peel and devein the shrimps, wash them, add a few drops of fresh lemon juice and marinate them for a while to remove the fishy smell, wash them and set aside.

Because I used a total of one cup of rice for rice and millet, I used the rice cooker to measure the amount of water for porridge and poured it into the casserole.

Add appropriate amount of water to the casserole, add ginger slices or shredded ginger, and bring to a boil over high heat.

After the water boils, pour in the washed rice and millet, and grind in white pepper. You can add more, and the finished product will taste better. Ground pepper is more fragrant.

When the rice grains pop open and become soft, add the washed shrimps
