Overview
I’ve made a lot of bread and I never get tired of it. It’s delicious with whatever you put in it. There are a lot of red dates at home. Red dates have the effect of nourishing qi and nourishing the skin. Eating more red dates is very good for the body. Adding some red dates to the bread will make the bread sweeter~~~~

Ingredients
Steps
-
Prepare the ingredients
-
Mix all ingredients except butter and dates, add milk little by little
-
Stir into floc and then knead into smooth dough
-
At this time, put the softened butter into the dough and knead it until it reaches the expansion stage where a thin film can be pulled out
-
Put the dough into a container and let it ferment in a warm place for about an hour (I had to go out for something and couldn't come back for a while, so I put it in a cool place and fermented it for 3 hours)
-
Take it out after fermentation until it is about doubled in size. If the dough does not shrink or rebound, it proves that it has risen well (when I came back, I found that the dough had risen very much, so I tried it with my fingers, but fortunately it was not over-risen)
-
After the dough is deflated, divide it into 12 portions, roll into balls and rest for 10 minutes
-
Dry the dough into a round shape, turn it over and put the chopped red dates in the dough, wrap it tightly and gently knead it into a round ball
-
After a final fermentation of half an hour in the oven, the dough doubled in size
-
Take it out, brush with egg wash, and evenly sprinkle with coconut
-
Bake in the oven at 175 degrees for about 25 minutes until golden brown and take it out
