Many people don't know how to pull out the dough membrane, but if you take out a small piece and slowly pull out the desired membrane, if there is any effect, it means the dough is ready. It takes about 45 minutes to make the dough, then it takes more than an hour to ferment at room temperature, and it takes 15 minutes to relax after deflation and shaping. Finally, shape it again and send it to the toast mold, which is 9 minutes full. During the third fermentation, it is best to put hot water in the oven and ferment the toast in an environment with the best humidity and temperature. This process takes about an hour. The oven must be preheated to the required temperature in advance and then put in the fermented toast dough. The above is basically the basic procedure for making toast.
