Flaxseed oil, mixed vegetables, smoked sausage and toast, steamed egg custard
Overview
I wanted to change direction, but I saw a bowl of leftover ingredients, and my mind turned to bread and salty pudding. In fact, I just wanted to steam a Chinese-style egg custard with ingredients, but it would always be bready, which would make me tired. However, it is just a piece of toast, so it seems a pity not to have it here. Still involuntarily, I took it out. I don’t know what kind of bacon sausage it is, but it smells like smoke. Along with the vegetables, dice them and mix them into the egg milk mixture, and of course the diced toast. I'm too lazy to bake it, so a steamer seems more straightforward. Remove from the pan and drizzle with flaxseed oil, it looks good. . . Are you tired of eating like this all the time?
