Oatmeal, walnut and black soy milk
Overview
Eating grains in spring nourishes the liver and strengthens the spleen. Children usually don't eat these whole grains, but they like to drink various kinds of soy milk. Today I made soy milk with oats, walnut kernels and black beans. It is light brown in color, smooth and delicate, and especially delicious.

handfuls of soaked black beans.

Wash the walnut kernels.

A handful of instant oats.

Put black beans, oats, and walnuts into a wall breaker, and add a few pieces of rock sugar.

Add the water level to 1400mL. Select thick soy milk and press the start button to start.

In about thirty minutes, the fragrant oatmeal, walnut and black soy milk is ready. The foam on it will disappear after a while, or it can be skimmed off.
