Preparing the ingredients, I forgot to take the photo of the little tomato😄

After the water boils, cook the macaroni (for three people), add a tablespoon of salt and cook for 8-10 minutes,

While the noodles are cooking, dice the fish, cut the tomatoes in half and set aside, mince the garlic, chop the basil, and cut the artichokes into small pieces

Add oil to the pot, add garlic and basil and saute until fragrant

Add cherry tomatoes and artichokes and stir-fry until tomatoes become soft

Add tuna

After the tuna is fried and changes color, add a small spoonful of salt to the white wine macaroni and mix well (salt has already been added when cooking the noodles, so it is OK to add a little less salt here to let the fish taste better)

Finally add the remaining basil and black pepper, mix well and serve
