Steaming is my favorite way to cook fish. I often eat all kinds of steamed fish. It is convenient to cook at home. This dish is the best way to show the freshness of the ingredients when you go out to eat.

Prepare materials.

Clean the fish belly and cut into pieces, marinate with cooking wine, white pepper, green onions and ginger for 10 minutes.

Take an empty plate and put onion and ginger on the bottom of the plate.

Place the cut fish belly on a plate and top with some shredded green onions. After adding water to the steamer, turn on the heat. After the water boils, add the marinated fish belly and steam over high heat for about 7 minutes.

Finely chop the scallions.

Put oil in the wok and heat until 80% hot.

Take out the steamed fish, pour out the steamed soup in the plate, and pick out the shredded green onions; sprinkle with shallots (more) and steamed fish soy sauce.

Pour the hot oil over the chives on the fish.
