Soak dried mushrooms in warm water. After soaking completely, rinse and squeeze out the water, then cut into slices;

Tear off the old tendons on both sides of the snow peas, wash them and slice them with a diagonal knife;

Heat oil in a pan, add mushroom slices and stir-fry for about a minute;

Add the snow peas and continue to stir-fry for about 3-5 minutes;
