Mushroom and fresh meat wontons
Overview
Speaking of wontons, children all like them, and my daughter will be happy when she sees me making wontons. I used to eat out with her a lot. After learning how to make it, I can make delicious wontons by myself. A few mushrooms are added to the meat, which is delicious; seaweed and dried shrimps are added to the soup to make it even more delicious. It is delicious without bone broth or chicken broth. Simple and fast.

First prepare some chopped green onion and minced ginger.

Chop the soaked mushrooms.

Chop the meat into small pieces.

Add the chopped meat, mushrooms, ginger and onion seasoning and mix well.

Add a little vegetable oil and water starch, stir in sequence, first add a spoonful of water starch, stir until absorbed, and then add the next spoonful.

Take a wonton wrapper and put meat paste in the middle.

Fold diagonally. (Use your left thumb to fold the bottom to the front)

Fold it from left to right and pinch it gently.

Wrap the wontons in turn.

Boil water in a pot, add some oil, add a little salt, add wontons, cook until they float, then cook for about another minute.

Put chopped green onion, seaweed, dried shrimps, sesame oil and soy sauce in a bowl.

Place the cooked wontons into a bowl.
