Flax seed steamed buns
Overview
Steamed buns made with cooked flaxseed powder are nutritious and healthy to eat for breakfast. Flaxseed, also called flaxseed, is produced in the northwest. The linolenic acid it contains can reduce the three highs, prevent cancer, nourish brain cells, resist thrombosis, balance endocrine, and has a good effect on constipation. The DHA substance it produces is three times higher than that of fish oil. It is the first choice for vegetarians, children and the elderly. I had ignored its therapeutic effects in the past, but today I suddenly became interested in it and used it to make steamed buns. I added milk and the flavor of flax seeds, and it tasted good.
