Tempting preserved egg porridge
Overview
Sometimes it is too hard to swallow when you often eat white rice in summer. You might as well choose porridge to improve it. Preserved egg and lean meat porridge is the best choice!

Prepare the seasonings and ingredients. I use these two brands of seasonings.

Wash the pork and cut into thin slices, mix it with cornstarch and a little oil to make it taste more tender and smooth; peel and wash the preserved eggs and cut them into small pieces; cut the green onion into flowers and cut the ginger into shreds and set aside.

It takes about half an hour to cook the porridge. After the porridge is cooked, put the reserved ingredients: sliced preserved eggs and thin slices of pork into the porridge and cook, with the preserved eggs first, then the pork. Add oil, salt, pepper, and chicken powder, cook for about 5 minutes, add chopped green onion, and stir evenly over high heat.
