Overview
Today, my colleague asked me how to make beef brisket, which aroused the craving in my stomach. I thought about tomato brisket and beef stewed with potatoes all night, but my stomach growled when I went to bed. I decided to buy beef the next day to satisfy my craving at night.

We cut the beef we bought into large pieces and blanch it in cold water.

After boiling the pot, we skim off the foam.

Remove the foam and take out the meat

Put a little bit of it in the pot, and stir-fry the prepared seasoning until fragrant.

This is the seasoning we prepared. Onion, ginger, pepper, peppercorns, bay leaves and aniseed are all long-prepared at home. For other seasonings, please refer to the seasoning package used in the stewed pig trotters. This time, we used one-third of the beef stew, and the rest can be used to stew the meat.

Don't pour out the soup that has been used to skim the foam. We use this original soup when we stew the meat. If you think it's not clean, you can also use water, but it must be boiling water.

After the oil is hot, we pour in the prepared seasonings and stir-fry a little.

Add beef and stir-fry together.

Add dark soy sauce and stir-fry

Add clear soup and appropriate amount of thirteen spices.

I am a quick-tongued person, so I stewed the meat in an iron pot for too long. Then I poured the meat into the electric pressure cooker for 25 minutes, just with the rice, it was delicious~!
