Toon stall eggs
Overview
Toon is known as a tree vegetable. It is a bud on the tree. It is not only rich in nutrients, but also has high medicinal value! Toona must be blanched before eating. This will remove a large amount of nitrites and nitrates while still keeping the color beautiful, making it healthier to eat! My method of cooking Chinese toon with eggs is to use high oil temperature in the pan. The finished dish will be charred on the outside...tender on the inside...
