Ingredients
Steps
-
The first step is to make snow konjac konjac tofu. A large piece of snow konjac konjac tofu is very watery, so it is recommended to buy more than 2 kilograms
-
Cut into little finger-sized pieces and cook for 10 minutes
-
Drain the water
-
Pack it in a plastic bag and put it in the refrigerator for a night of excitement
-
Take out the frozen konjac and thaw it (soaking it in water is quick). Remember to tear it with your hands after thawing to avoid clumping
-
Prepare condiments. Ginger, onion, garlic, pickled vegetables and millet peppers (it’s best to stir-fry with pickled peppers for a better taste, because my mother doesn’t dare to eat too spicy, so she added two millet peppers)
-
Heat oil in a pan over high heat and sauté onion, ginger and garlic
-
Add kimchi and stir-fry
-
Add a little light soy sauce to freshen it up
-
Add the drained konjac shreds and stir-fry for 3 minutes
-
Add salt and chopped green onions and cook up a plate of spicy, sour, delicious and chewy konjac, and you're done!
