The fancy cold dish refers to the art of making cold dishes by using various processed cold dish raw materials, using different knife skills and assembling techniques, and arranging the cold dish raw materials into patterns such as landscapes, flowers, birds, animals, etc. in a certain order, level and position for diners to appreciate and eat.
