  1. Cut ginger into cubes and green onion into sections

  2. Add salt and pepper to the fish pieces and drain.

  3. Pour oil into a non-stick pan, add ginger slices and spread on top of the oil. After the oil is bubbling, add fish pieces, fry the fish on all sides to dry out the skin moisture, then add scallions

  4. Place the scallions under the fish, fry until the fish is golden on all sides, remove and coat in soy sauce, put in the pan and continue frying on the scallions, until the skin of the fish is crispy, remove and serve on a plate!
