Fish head with chopped pepper! It’s a delicious dish that can only be eaten in restaurants. Today I will make a simple family version of fish head with chopped pepper! Since I don’t like spicy food very much, I didn’t add pickled peppers. Those who like spicy food can feel free to make it!

Wash the fish heads bought from the vegetable market and drain them

Cut the fish head (cut the belly surface), add appropriate amount of salt and cooking wine, and submerge the fish head for about three minutes

Wash the peppers and garlic and set aside
