Steam the pumpkin and blend it into a fine pumpkin puree in a food processor.

Put the ingredients into the inner pot of the bread machine in the order of liquid first and then powder. Place the sugar and salt diagonally and the yeast is buried in the flour.

Start two kneading programs until you can pull out a thin and tough glove film.

Take out the kneaded dough, round it up and place it in a crisper to ferment in a warm place.

Take out the fermented dough, press and knead to deflate, divide into 9 small portions, and rest for 10 minutes.

Roll out into a shape of beef tongue.

Fold both sides toward the middle.

Roll up from both ends to the middle.

Place on baking sheet.

Place in the oven to ferment, with a bowl of hot water underneath.

Sift a layer of high-gluten flour over the bread dough that has doubled in size.

Score it crosswise with a sharp knife.

Preheat the oven to 165 degrees for 20 minutes.
