Shred carrots

Chopped onions and garlic

Cook the vermicelli for 2 minutes

Put half cooking oil and half lard in the wok (it can make the shredded carrots softer and taste better. You can also add it or not depending on your personal preference)

Add Sichuan peppercorns, dried chili peppers, and chopped green onions and saute until fragrant

Add shredded carrots

Stir-fry until the carrots become soft

Pour in the cooked vermicelli

Stir well and add appropriate amount of water, cover and simmer for a while

Drain the water, add minced garlic, salt, mix well and serve.
