Rice cake with fish and loofah soup I♥rice cake 10
Overview
It’s hard to describe the deliciousness of loofah. It’s very polarizing between likes and dislikes. The smell is slightly sweet with fruits and flowers (...that's probably not the reason), and after cooking it is left with a silky, cottony texture. I guess it's this texture that has become the irritation of many people? I love loofah, I may never guess, right? . The lazy soup rice cake is perfect for taking a nap after eating.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Peel the loofah and cut into rounds, smash and chop the garlic
-
Cut the rice cake into short sections and soak in boiling water until soft (save time and reduce cooking time)
-
Pan-fry minced garlic
-
Add small fish and stir-fry until fragrant, add rice wine and cook until dry
-
Change to high heat, add loofah, add a little water and simmer until soft
-
Add rice cakes, stir-fry for 2 minutes, season with sesame oil and white pepper, and serve. ★The small fish already tastes salty, so add salt after you taste it. It is not necessarily necessary
-
★Finally, cut off a little seaweed and mix it in to make the sea flavor stronger.
