Mung bean cake
Overview
It was my first time to make mung bean cake. My mold was made of wood. I used sesame oil to smear the bottom, but it was difficult to release from the mold. I replaced it with dry-cooked mung bean flour and it was easier to release from the mold.

Steam the raw mung bean flour in a steamer for 30 minutes;

Steamed mung bean flour;

Use a mesh sieve to sift the cooked flour into powder;

Dissolve the rock sugar powder with warm water, mix it with the flour, and add an appropriate amount of light cream to increase the milky aroma. I experimented with honey in another small bowl;

After molding, the two on the right are painted with sesame oil;
