The instant oatmeal you buy in the supermarket has milk powder in it and tastes very good. I like the smooth texture of the oatmeal, and it also feels good when baked into a crispy biscuit

  1. For instant oats, I used cashew nuts, which are crispier

  6. I didn't add any eggs because I prefer the looser feel of the biscuits. If you like them crispier, just add an egg in the fourth step. Place the shaped cookies into the baking pan and bake for 20 minutes. I forgot to take a photo of them just after they were made. This is a photo taken when I took them out and turned them over
