Sugar Roasted Chestnuts
Overview
Every time I pass a street stall selling roasted chestnuts, the aroma of caramel fills my heart and arouses my appetite. But when I buy it home, it gets cold and doesn’t taste good. Besides, you can’t eat too much at one time, and there’s no guarantee that you can make it yourself. Besides, caramel is not good for your health. Autumn is the season when chestnuts are on the market. They are cheap and plump. You can buy them and steam, boil or fry them. Especially when you add sugar water and roast them in the oven, they are very fragrant and healthy.
