Beef mashed potatoes
Overview
I usually like to stir-fry with crispy stir-fry, but today I don’t have crispy stir-fries at home and happened to have beef, so I used minced beef. It tastes great!

The small potatoes are cooked and can be inserted with chopsticks. Take it out, soak it in cold water, peel it and use a spoon or other tool to mash it into a paste.

Chop the beef into pieces, add a little cooking oil, meat tenderizer, and salt and marinate for a few minutes.

Melt the lard in the pot.

Add ginger slices, garlic slices, and Sichuan peppercorns, stir-fry until fragrant, then remove and reserve the oil for later use.

Stir-fry the minced beef in a hot pan.

Pour in the mashed potatoes and mix well.

Add salt, chicken essence, green onions and garlic, stir-fry evenly.

Remove from pot and plate. Very popular!
