Chrysanthemum and wolfberry cooked bean milk
Overview
Chrysanthemum has a good effect on eye fatigue and blurred vision; wolfberry can nourish yin and blood, improve essence and improve eyesight. Both are often used in tea drinks, but I have never thought of pairing them with soy milk. The results were somewhat unexpected. The chrysanthemum brewed with water tastes very refreshing, but the powder in the soy milk is slightly bitter and astringent. Ingredients: 5 chrysanthemums, 15 ml wolfberry, 125 ml cooked soybeans, 500 ml cold water

Wash the soybeans,

Put it into the pot and add appropriate amount of water.

Over medium heat, cook until beans are cooked. Let cool.

Take 125 ml of cooked beans and put them into a food processor cup together with the wolfberry and chrysanthemum flowers.

Pour in water.

Close the lid.

Place the cooking cup into the base.

Select the soy milk function and start it.

Beating is over. Remove the cooking cup and uncover the lid.
