Overview
For my birthday, I made an 8-inch chiffon cake with no added cream, no trans fatty acids, delicious and nutritious, decorated only with fresh fruits. Happy birthday to myself!

For the specific cake making method, please refer to the "Cream Birthday Cake" posted before, and the above steps will be omitted here. This step is to pour the batter into the live-bottomed cake mold and shake it hard two or three times to prevent large bubbles.

Preheat the oven to 170 degrees and bake the middle and lower racks for 55 minutes.

After baking, take it out and turn it upside down immediately, let it cool and then unmold it.
