Nut Chocolate Crispy Cookies
Overview
In order to support my baking career, my father went to the library and borrowed some baking books for me, which were carefully crafted works by masters from Germany, Korea, and France. I picked a few and studied them, and they were really delicious. Let me start with this German-style biscuit. The original recipe used a lot of chocolate, but I only used half of it. I used walnut kernels for the other half. I personally think this mix is healthier.

Prepare materials as shown in the picture.

When the butter is softened, beat until smooth, then add sugar and fine salt in batches. .

Add the egg liquid gradually.

Beat until combined, do not beat until sugary. Then sift in the flour, baking soda, and cocoa powder.

Stir until slightly combined, then add walnut kernels and cocoa beans.

Put it into a container to set, then put it in the refrigerator for about half an hour.

Then take it out and change the knives, and place them separately.

Then increase the heat to 175 and bake at 150 for 15 minutes.

This completes a super fluffy nutty chocolate chip cookie.
