Low-gluten flour | 185g, 95g chicken fat (butter or salad oil can be used), 7Og powdered sugar, 2Og milk powder, 1 whole egg, 1g baking powder.

Sift the powdered sugar into the chicken fat and mix well.

Use an electric mixer to stir the oil and sugar evenly until they have clear texture.

Add another egg and beat until it has clear texture but is not easy to clean out.

Add sifted flour, milk powder and baking powder and mix evenly until there is no dry powder (do not over mix)

Stir until evenly mixed first.

Finally, gently knead it into a ball with your hands, cover it and let it rest for 10 minutes.

Take out a piece of dough (cover it with film when not in use), roll it out gently to a thickness of 3 to 4 mm (depending on personal needs) and use a mold to cut out the biscuit pattern.

Place the biscuits to be baked in the baking pan.

Move it to the baking pan without holding it with your hands. Use a flat knife to gently move the knife and slowly put it into the baking pan to avoid deformation.
