Cut the bitter melon into diagonal slices.

Prepare the ingredients, cut garlic and red pepper into small pieces.

Steam the tofu, garlic and bay leaves in water for 10 minutes to bring out the aroma of the tofu.

Wash the dried shrimps, put oil in the pan and stir-fry over low heat until crispy, scoop out and set aside.

In the remaining oil, add garlic, red peppercorns and steamed tofu and stir-fry.

Add bitter gourd and sea rice, add cooking wine, sugar and a little salt, stir-fry until cooked.
