Overview
Stir-fried shredded pork with pickled mustard is a very simple side dish that people will never get tired of eating. Every time I make this dish I eat a little more rice. It's best to have a little left over and cook it into powder the next morning. It will be as delicious as heaven.

Shred the mustard, shred the pork, shred the ginger, and slice the garlic

First put the pork in and stir-fry slowly, add some salt and stir-fry to taste, sprinkle some white wine and stir-fry a few times
