  1. piece of tofu, washed and soaked in light salt water for 5 minutes.

  2. Take out the soaked tofu and cut into small pieces.

  3. Heat the pan and cool the oil. After it's hot, add a few peppercorns, pour in the tofu, and stir-fry lightly until there are tiger skin spots.

  4. Add the auxiliary ingredients, 2 pieces of vitex, scallions and minced garlic. After stir-frying for 1 minute, add a small amount of water and stir-fry evenly.

  5. Add 1 tablespoon of black bean paste and appropriate amount of salt. Burn for 1 minute.
